Country Code, Network prefix without the leading "0", Number, no spaces, only numerals. SA: 27821234567 (Country Code = 27, network prefix = 82, number = 1234567) USA: 12481234567 (Country Code = 1, network prefix = 248, number = 1234567) Eg. the number in the UK (+44) 0848 9123 456 becomes 448489123456.

2. I haven't received the activation code on my phone!

Please make sure you entered a valid phone number and you did not include any spaces or other characters than numbers.

3. I have double checked everything, but I still didn't received the activation code.

Please be patient, our servers could be loaded or the sms service could be under maintenance or down.

4. The message I have just sent was not delivered.

The messages should be received instantly, but if your operator network if over loaded, your messages could get queued and delayed.

5. Can I send messages in other languages than English?
